Last days, Jehovah’s witnesses

2020 UPDATE #1. The Bible says nothing about how far into the last days we are just because we had the covid-19 pandemic, as M. Stephen Lett said with his words:- We are living in it last part of the last days. Yes, the last part of the last part of the last days. Just before the last day of the last days. M. Stephen Lett in Jehovah’s witnesses governing body has no biblical authority to prophesy about how far into the last days we are. Matthew 24:36, 42 1 Thessalonians 5:3 1 Corinthians 4:6 It is not wisdom to blindly trust others, no matter who they are.

Words from Stephen Lett: – But even though the situation is serious, we who are Jehovah’s witnesses do not need to panic. And Isaiah 30:15 tells why. For the Sovereign Lord Jehovah the Holy One of Israel says: “If you return to me and keep calm, you will be saved. You will gain strength if you keep calm and show trust”. Stephen Lett said this words four years ago, in march 2020 and his words has not come true, because he do not speak for God. Deuteronomy 18:20-22

Isaiah 30:15 stands in context with verse 1 which says: – “Woe to the rebellious sons”, says Jehovah, “they carry out plans that do not come from me, who make alliances without being led by my spirit”. Thus they add sin to sin. Without consulting me, they go down to Egypt to seek protection from Pharaoh and take refuge in Egypt’s shadow! In verse 15 Jehovah speaks to those who went to Egypt and sought refuge there, that they would be saved if they returned to Jehovah. Isaiah 30:15 cannot be applied to us who are experiencing the covid-19 pandemic, because we do not need to return to Jehovah from any pandemic. We simply experience what is written in Luke 21:11 and Revelation 6:8

Watchtower, July 2013 and Acts 17:11 Matthew 7:15, 20 The Bible warns against trusting people. Psalm 146:3, 4 Isaiah 2:22
