The undersigned demands that Jehovah’s witnesses immediately confirm in writing that you excluded me from Jehovah’s witnesses, Tuesday July 2, 2024.
The confirmation must contain the following:
Date of baptism: January 16, 1994
Date of exclusion: July 2, 2024
Baptismal basis for exclusion: False accusation of apostasy.
Please send the confirmation to my postal address.
The deadline for response is Friday, January 24, 2025.
