Announcements and Reminders are one-way-communication from Jehovah’s witnesses governing body to body of elders and to congregations. Most of it is secret, so the elders only read part of it to the congregation. Jehovah and Jesus does not accept secrecy and one-way-communication. The governing body instructs elders to delete previous versions of the elders book to disclaim responsibility. See below. It is futile that the governing body to try to hide its criminal and unscriptural actions by instruct all elders to delete previous versions of the elders book.
